Our second field trip of the year was to the Kraft headquarters, where we received an inside view of how everyday products are tested so they are perfect for sale. We were separated into several groups; I was placed in the Macaroni and Cheese group. We met a variety of people, all who specialized in a specific portion of the Mac and Cheese making process. It was a fascinating experience, and to think that so much work goes into the creation of everyday items is amazing.
